This interactive workshop explores curiosity as a core Meta Skill for innovation.  You will be introduced to the Meta Skills framework, reflect on your curiosity levels through guided self assessment, and engage in practical exercises to build everyday curiosity habits that strengthen creative and critical thinking at work.

Curiosity is the first step of innovation

Curiosity is seeking out what is novel, while innovation is making the new, real. Innovation starts with curiosity.

To understand innovation we need to understand what it is, and what it is not. Innovation is NOT business as usual. Innovation doesn’t happen in routine. To innovate you need to break the pattern of routine. You need to develop an ability to see anomalies in the pattern. To see the anomalies in the pattern you need to learn to be curious.  These anomalies are seeds for innovation to start.
