💥 Two talks, two different audiences—one common link: MetaSkills!
‘MetaSkills and 3 Mental Modes of a CEO’ was delivered to the top leadership of SOLITA, a leading Finnish AI/tech multinational. The focus was on the essential MetaSkills C-suite leaders need to navigate change effectively.
One particularly intriguing MetaSkill that emerged in discussion was the 'Skill to Rest.' This is arguably one of the most critical MetaSkills for humans, highlighting the vital importance of sleep for survival and optimal functioning. Interestingly, this concept of 'Rest' also surfaced during testing sessions for another MetaSkills tools prototype.
It's clear that prioritizing rest is essential for sustained performance and well-being!

Our discussion highlighted the urgent need for systemic change in education, work, and policy to stay future-ready and relevant. sparking these conversations is the first step toward real change!

Recently, a talk on Metaskills was delivered at an inspiring unconference, alongside other amazing speakers. The event brought together 600 designers from across Europe and beyond as we shared the topic on how to tackle the 'Learning Gap' and Meta Skills Gap at a systemic level.
Through engaging discussions, we examined the need for systemic attention in education, work, and policy to ensure we remain future-ready and relevant. While the answers aren't easy, starting the conversation is crucial!
